Terms of Service

TrackBit is provided by Abuelgsaim Ishag, an individual seller trading as TrackBit. When you use the app or buy a subscription you are contracting with him directly. Contact: gasim622@gmail.com.

By continuing to use TrackBit on the web, iOS or Android you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Abuelgsaim Ishag retains all rights in TrackBit — the software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your selected plan. No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution or circumvention of technical limits.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance; maintenance windows and outages can occur.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

You keep ownership of the receipts, images and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the app's features.

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, upload content you have no right to, attempt to access other users' data, or technically abuse the service.

Automatic extraction and summaries are provided as-is and may contain mistakes. Review the data before saving; it is not financial or tax advice.

TrackBit Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically at the end of each period at the advertised price unless you cancel before the renewal date from Settings › Subscription or through the Paddle customer portal.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Our Refund Policy sets out the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can delete your account at any time from the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as fraud or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, and disputes are subject to its competent courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent. Questions: gasim622@gmail.com.
